EJUNestled on the western coast of central Japan is the small city of Fukui, alive with traditional and modern Japanese culture and festivals, refreshing amid nature by the sea, and just a stone’s throw away from the bustling Kyoto and Osaka. The University of Fukui (UF) has held up the brand-new policy, “KAKUCHI, the driving force for the future of people and society.” Our mission is to create a better future for all. We would dedicate to fulfill our mission and get through this challenging period with this policy. UF has three campuses (Bunkyo Campus in Fukui City and Matsuoka Campus in Eiheiji Town, both in the northern part of the prefecture, and Tsuruga Campus in the southern part) and four Schools: Education, Medical Sciences, Engineering, and Global and Community Studies.
