Du coup, j’ai décidé de m’y mettre, ici en suivant la recette de mon ramen préféré le spicy tantamen

Pour cette recette il te faut :

Pour le porc :
– 200g de porc haché
– 2 cs de pâte de piment aux haricots rouges
– 1 branche de gingembre (dosée à votre goût)
– 2 gousses d’ail
– 2 cs de sauce soja

Pour la sauce :

– 2cs d’huile pimentée (je vous monterai les condiments dans un réel)
– 2 cs de pâte miso
– 2cs de vinaigre de riz
– 2 cs de tahini ou autre pâte de sesame
– 2 cs de sauce soja (salée)

Pour le bouillon :
– 1/2 litre de lait de soja (non sucré)
– 1/2 de bouillon de poulet (1 ou 2 cubes à votre guise)
– 2 bokchoy
– 1 oeuf mollet
– 250 g de nouilles a ramen
