On a solemn note, the Des Plaines law enforcement authorities have released details pertaining to a fatal road accident that occurred on Friday night. The victim of this unfortunate incident has been identified as Vladimir Barkovskiy, a 58-year-old man hailing from Chicago.

Barkovskiy was driving a Nissan Rogue, a 2008 model, heading east on Algonquin Road.
