Herbert Lee Williams, a 78-year-old resident, was fatally struck by a tree while driving near Jenni Lane. The tree, uprooted by stormy weather, crashed into his car’s front windshield. Police responded to the scene of the accident shortly before 10 a.m., where Williams was sadly pronounced dead.
